Die Cutting... is the process of using a die to shear webs of low strength materials, such as rubber, fiber, cloth, paper, corrugated fiberboard, paperboard, plastics, pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, foam and sheet metal.
Digital Printing... is the reproduction of digital images on a physical surface. It is generally used for short print runs, and for the customization of print media. Because there is less initial setup, it is useful for rapid prototyping, and cost effective for small print runs.
Direct Mail, also known as admail... is the delivery of advertising material to recipients of postal mail. The delivery of advertising mail forms a large and growing service for many postal services, and direct-mail marketing forms a significant portion of the direct marketing industry. Direct mail includes advertising circulars, catalogs, CDs, postcards, and other commercial merchandising materials delivered to both homes and businesses.
Drilling... is the process of using a drill bit to make various sized holes in an object.
Folding... is the process of creasing or folding paper or heavier materials in a half, tri-fold or quad-fold (there are various types of folds). Sometimes a machine is used to fold paper.
Graphic Design... is the process and art of combining text and graphics and communicating an effective message in the design of logos, graphics, brochures, newsletters, posters, signs, and any other type of visual communication.
Laminating... is a heated roll laminator uses heated rollers to melt glue extruded onto lamination film. This film is in turn applied to a substrate such as paper or card using pressure rollers. The primary purpose of laminating with such a machine is to embellish or protect printed documents or images.
Offset Printing... is a commonly used printing technique where the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. When used in combination with the lithographic process, which is based on the repulsion of oil and water, the offset technique employs a flat (planographic) image carrier on which the image to be printed obtains ink from ink rollers, while the non-printing area attracts a water-based film (called "fountain solution"), keeping the non-printing areas ink-free.
Digitally Banner Printing... is printed with aqueous (water based), semi-solvent and solvent based inks, which in some printers may be UV-curable to provide better resistance to the weather. Large format inkjet printers are usually used, but very large banners may be produced using computer-controlled jets to spray the ink directly onto the banner material.

Wide Format Printing... is done on a printer that prints on large paper, which can range from two to more than 15 feet in width. Such printers typically use inkjet technology to print on a variety of output, including premium glossy-coated paper for signs and posters.
Vinyl Plotting... is produced by applying individual elements cut from self-adhesive vinyl by a computer-driven vinyl cutter. Vinyl plotting can be used to produce many products. Such as decals, signs, vehicle lettering and much more.
